Pop-up Dinner with the Dickinson College Farm at GATHER

Dinner guests can expect to be treated to a gourmet four course menu designed and prepared by Sean Sherman of the company The Sioux Chef with the help of student farmers. November’s dinner promises an adventurous menu filled with creativity! Vegan and meat entree options available! Doors open at 6pm with dinner service starting promptly at 6:30pm.

4 Course Dinner

1. Wild Turkey + Blackberry Pemmican – Wild Rice Flatbread – Micro Amaranth

2. Nixtmalized Flint Corn – Smoked Trout – Crab Apple Broth – Dried Apple – Corn Shoot

3. Pine Braised Venison – Caramelized Turnip – Hazelnut – Dandelion – Elderberry Broth

4. Acorn + Sun Seed Tart – Roasted Squash – Maple – Fresh Berries
