Sean Sherman, of the company The Sioux Chef, (Oglala Lakota) will describe his decade-long project to revive precontact Indigenous cuisine, create a Native foods restaurant and food truck, and publish his first cook book, all while training the next generation of Native chefs.
Sean will be available after the talk to sign his new book.
